    how can You generate "iNner force" torque,fa jin or whatever you want to call it?

    how can i generate a punch that is fast and full of energy????
    pls give some ideas


    for me one major factor is timing ,speed and relaxation
    because in the right timing you can hit very strong and speed can back it up and that speed can produce power and relaxation because i think and base from personal experience that my punch are actually faster in relaxed motion.

    ...you what do you think is the proper way to generate that energy>.......:qshatter:

    It's easy. First you find a boxing/Thai boxing/kick boxing/etc. class, then you attend the class - and here's the most important part - you listen to what your coach says.

    Yes.. the key is to relax as much as possible while hitting a heavy bag. I recomend hitting the bag from a sitting position.. with you feet up.. and a good glass of chardoney in your hand with some cheddar slices and crackers on the table next to you.
