I had a guy in my Basic Training platoon who had that happen during his qualification.

Not only did he not jump out of his foxhole doing a hilarious dance, he actually shot expert.

A guy at FLETC caught hot brass between the lens of his shooting glasses and his eyeball. It burned a circle in his retina and that was a wrap for his LE career.
