The only two PTK people I'm familiar with are Gabe and Dustin. The latter has very reasonable monthly rates, though his Tue/Thur schedule is the same as my current. Universal moved recently, and they only have a kid's program listed on their schedule (Though they TALK about adult training, so I'll have to give 'em a call).
There's also Alamo Judo (Tue/Thur, again).
There's a MT place over on Hilcrest with a walk-in rate that I'm going to look into, as well. -

Since as you stated in your first post you are not looking for your life's calling, just try a few places out and see what is most ineresting or fun. It dosen't sound like you re looking for anything in particular, so who cares if it dosen't strategically build on your stick game?
Try out some MT, BJJ, karate, SAMBO, boxing, American Kickboxing (from a fun standpoint I find those rules more cool than MT, suck it), etc. They will all have a positive impact on your current training in some way I'm sure.
Even if they don't, have fun, try it, you might like it. -

Random Irony Update:
Since my pondering that I needed to focus on more clinch work, we've been doing pretty much nothing BUT clinch work. *heh* Still hoping to pop in to Walk-In Muay Thai, though.
Such small classes have pros and cons:
*Pro: Work on pretty much whatever we want to work on.
*Con: Two hours of stand-up grappling with the only other guy in class... Who happens to have 70lbs on me. Being the 170 guy in a 240 v 170 clinch will wear your ass down after a couple hours.
Sub-Pro to the Con: After you go from 240 guy and later lock up with your 150lb training partner, it's much easier to whip that little fucker all around the room.
