From what I have read it appears that the main determinant of gyno during a steriod cycle is the form of steriod used. Some steriods will aromatize much more strongly than others which leads to the onset of gyno.
It is also my understanding that with modern aromatase inhibitors like arimidex that gyno can be very effectively be combated. And yes the term PCT is largely obsolete as it begins during the cycle. -

The street argument is retarded. BJJ is so much overkill for the street that its ridiculous. Unless you're the idiot that picks a fight with the high school wrestling team, barring knife or gun play, the opponent shouldn't make it past double leg + ground and pound - Osiris -

I'll go ahead and mention here, that I have tried prohormones for the first time recently. They are basically like legal versions of steroids, or rather, diluted chemicals that are not as strong as steroids that possess steroidal qualities.
Anyhow, the first week I gained 6 pounds, which I hadn't been able to achieve chugging weight gainer on a 4000 cal diet for the past few months, bringing me from 164 to 170. It's been about a month, and I'm now up to 174 or so, and my strength and recovery is through the rood. My only problem nowadays is not working out enough. I am making constant gains, and if this is just a portion of what steroids can offer than I can now see why steroids are such a lucrative option for many athletes."This is why we are here. Your question of whether "Muscletech company" is "any good" is an open-ended question. Here you are asking people to do the research for you. If you are interested in keeping the question to be on topic to this thread which you make, I suggest you do your research and see those products made by Muscletech that are being marketed as "stacks" and muscle builders.
Then mentioned them here so that people can answer specific questions. Better yet, study their nutritional content so that you can actually see what they are made up (most of them are cocktails of vitamin B complex, dextrine, maltodrexin, creatine and nitrix oxide combined with herbal extracts and stuff.)Read this for flexibility and injury prevention, this, this and this for supplementation, this on grip conditioning, and this on staph. BJJ might make you a better ground fighter, but Judo will make you a better dancer.
