Well, I'm kind of relearning everything I thought I knew, but so far as I can tell...
1:45 - shitty roundhouse technique. They're gimping the power of the technique by refusing to torque the hip; also, the supporting foot (feet?) is too static.
4:00 - poor squatting technique. A real squat goes through a full range of motion, preferably below the knee. This is entirely possible; if the student can't do this, it's a flexibility issue, and easily addressed.
That's all I can think to comment so far. I'm not good enough to pass judgment on the other technical stuff. -

OK, in all seriousness, what the hell is this?
I'm seeing a LOT of 'cardio' work, and not a lot of 'fighting' at all. What cardio there is, a bit of it seems to be decent, but most looks done halfassed. The 'fighting' crap is a joke. All around technique is sloppy as hell, from hands all over the place except in front of the face, to some of the absolute worst armbar on medicine ball stuff I've ever seen, to a lot of the cardio work being done very, very poorly.
I hope every single one of those guys training there eventually found their way to a real gym they could learn at, and learned what a joke Brinn is.
