or
Kyuk Too Ki = Korean Kickboxing?
A minority of MT or Kickboxing schools use colored sashes to indicate level, but this is an internal club system. There aren't national standards for colored sashes.
Also a minority of Korean based MT and KB clubs uses the sash system.

From what you describe it sounds more as Krav Maga than KTK or KGD.
KGD is MT (+ TKD), only the land of origen is S.Korea.
KTK is KB (+ TKD), only the land of origen is S.Korea.
It also could be that some idiot tried to give it a Self Defence touch, whitch is stupid because it was designed purely for competition. But Kun Gek Do can be used in Self Defence situations in the same manner as Muay Thai. -
