    thanks everyone for the comments. i have not fought in the cage yet - i have only heard of 2-3 women around here that fight. i dont think i have been training long enough to do it yet - i am not comfortable with bjj yet. i look forward to getting to know all of you. np lily

    Thats ok mmawoman, a lot of people are a bit uncomfortable with groundwork in the beginning.
    Just start with it and use a female sparringpartner.
    If you video it and post it im willing to help you giving some technical advice.

    i knew him!! i trained with him in cuenca-Ecuador a year ago, my teacher was his son pulino pagels, paulo wesley is a great master, 7th grade master, he trained with helio gracie, i dont think that the jiujitsu world know him very well but they should
