    Is this a good balance of strength and flexibility?

    This is not me. Just a video I picked up on bodyweightculture. Kid looks like he knows what he is doing.

    A good balance of strength and flexibility is to be inflexible enough that you can only do the 3 powerlifts without being in pain >_> <_<

    and why do you need to "balance" flexibility? can you show me anyone that's too flexible to be able to lift properly?
    In summation your argument denotes a lack of intellectual honesty on your part. It is my contention that this matter would best be solved with fisticuffs. I believe I will be victorious in this regard.

    Just a workout that focuses on both the strength and the flexibility. Sort of like getting two benefits out of one workout.
