So on the last training roll of BJJ class last night I pull a groin muscle moving from being side mounted to my full guard. Iced it up last night, and took some advil to treat it, but woke up with it definitly pulled. My question is has anyone trained with a pulled groin (I know it will limit me in training, any laterial movement kills ATM) ? Is there a safe way to still train and not injury it worse I guess is my question.
i keep tryin to spar, but nothin happens!

yes. you go to class, you stay in your street clothes, you take off your shoes and you walk around the mats coaching, reffing, and keeping time.

If movement in a certain plane of movement hurts then don't train. you're bound to aggravate it in sparring.
