    I strongly suggest you buy Ross Enamait's book "Infinite Intensity" as well as his DVD. If you are looking for strength and conditioning for combat sports, that's the book you'll need.

    For additional strength-training sources, check the stickies as well as the resources listed on my signature. However, I'd suggest, at least for the next 3-6 months, to stick to one source only - in your case, the Enamait's book I just mentioned.

    The reason for this is that you don't want to exhibit training ADD. Stick to one program and one program only for several months, and then explore other methods according to your needs.
