    Omega 3 fishoil for my skin but not for sports healing (not taking enough for that).

    Vit - C pre training for recovery.

    Glutamine post training and before bed for recovery (am i doing this right?).

    Multi V with added omega 3 with breakfast.

    Caffeine at every 2 hour interval for the health of the customers i have to put up with.

    And just incase someone didn't know, omega 3 is insane for skin. The weeks i forget to take it i have crazy outbreaks and when i do i have soft baby skin that all women want to nestle in their busoms.
