    Actually, both terms are correct because each term refers to part of the ceremony. The beginning of the ceremony, where the fighter kneels and performs 3 bows, is technically the "Wai Kru". The remainder of the ceremony is technically the "Ram Muay". However, even Thai's use the 2 terms interchangeably.

    Thanks. Didn't know they were interchangable. I always thought Wai Kru referred only to the short bit at the beginning, and never the whole ceremony.
