No you don't, you rubes. What you like is the L-theanine.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Theanine

Which you can buy in it's pure form and mix with coffee. It will smooth out the effects of any stimulant while not making you sleepy. Cool ****. http://www.discountanabolics.com/p/FST159

Cheap, and one of my favorites.

    Rubes....

If you don't like to drink tea but you still want some of the benefits.

Green tea extract is so damn cheap.

I do like the occasional soda, but I drink far less of it now that I drink green tea. I didn't like it at first ("What the **** is this, boiled grass?") but acquired a taste for it. When I deploy I can't carry a powdered Tea Snob (tm) kit, so I drink the instant stuff.

Tea may or may not be all it's cracked up to be, but it beats the soda it replaced by a long shot.

If you're going to drink soda now and then, don't drink diet. Most of that **** is really bad for you.

I'd rather drink Tea than Coffee. Tastes like **** if you ask me.

I am sticking to it and I have to admit I feel better. Been a real son of a bitch to quit drinking energy drinks. Caught hell from my boys today hough lol. Everyone else either has a beer or the few with sodas and there I am with a diet Lipton Green Tea.

I am going to jump on the bandwagon and suggest that if you like green tea, brew your own. But instead of buying bags from a grocery store, splurge on some looseleaf from Peet's or a specialty tea store. That **** is fucking good.

I do brew my own. I have 3 large jug of it in the fridge. But I also like Lipton, good for when I am on the go and its tasty.
