Back to the heart extraction - in begging the question, would anyone else think that it'd be way easier to try and get it through the side of the ribcage, rather than through the sternum. A spear hand by an extremely powerful person might be able to slip through the ribs rather than breaking them completely. Then the main worry is crushing the heart rather than a lung or something, but with your hand in a guy's chest cavity i think it's safe to say he's fucked.

Too many homosexual undertones?

Sheer impossibility aside, I'd think that it would be more efficient to penetrate lower and at an upward angle, coming in under the ribcage and bypassing the skeletal structure all together. Then again, I'm no kung-fu master, who am I to question the iron palm sternum crush point of entry.
Troll 4 life.

you watched a spinning side kick tharuz, the kick that seems to be responsible for most if not all TKD knockouts that they love to put in highlight videos.
tharuz, I say this not to be mean, but if u want to be taken seriously, you have to stop posting stupid **** at random and inappropriate places. You took a thread I started about finding a new club and somehow turned it into how you got "stabbed", which was actually you having an infection drained. And somehow you managed to make the last half of this thread about how you should not do stupid ****. well here is my honest, non insulting advice; stop saying stupid **** where it doesn't belong. this is not family guy: the humor of a thread is based on the trend within the thread, you can't just plug something random in. So stop, think, think again, and decide if what ur going to say is at all pertinent to the topic at hand. If its not, don't fuckin say it. this isn't the real world, you can take all the time you want to moderate any turrets like symptoms you may have. make use of it. Seriously, not saying this to put you down

How the hell is an armbar and ripping out someone's arm connected?
It was more of a gut feeling, really. My point was that if someone prosecutes you for exaggerated self defence they'll propably get expert testimony from an instructor in teh deadly who'll degree that whatever you did was too deadly to be used in the situation, regardless of whether it was an armbar or a ying technique. I have actually had a MA instructor tell me that, in Finland, you are pretty much screwed if you harm your assailant in some way.

What is the background of the "yin technique"? Is there any legit history behind it, or is MANswrs just full of ****? I'm not asking if there is proof of people actually using it. Obviously this "technique" is impossible. I'm just asking if there are legends about it. I ask because reading up on martial arts history is a hobby of mine, and I've never heard of this before. I am by no means an expert, but I think I would've read something about a move that purported to be able to rip a heart out...

I'm not sure which is funnier, people n00bier than tharuz giving life advice, or that we're actually discussing the most efficient way to perform the yin technique.
