I had to take a break from applauding my fellow Dozer to type this. **** yeah dude. It looks like my uncle Marv tried every outlet, tried the right ways but hit a brick wall. So he did what any man would do when they hit a brick wall, get a fucking bulldozer and bash it to pieces. If Marv hadnt taken his own life, I would be volunteering money for his legal council.

This reminds me of a poet that said you can't get justice unless you take it by force, which applies pretty dawn well to Marv's situation. I presume I'm not alone in thinking that it's a massive failure for a 21st century city officials to have the same accusations apply to them as 16th century robber barons?

In my experience re-zoning, annexing, and imminent domain issues don't neccessarily fall into political parties. Ideologically the republican party with it's supposed platform of less government and regulation would be much friendlier to citizens and less prone to beurocratic abuses like this. And being this happened in the socialist republic of Colorado, I'd bet the local politicians are libs. But greed was probably the motivation, not political ideologies. All that being said, the all republican local councelors where I live tried everything they could to confiscate some land with imminent domain near where I live for cities purposes. The guy that owns the land however has a wod of money and hauled tons of some kind of mulch onto it that made it unfit for building on without spendings millions in clean up. I'll bet this happens a lot more than we are really aware of it.

i wonder how it felt, in those last few hours, to be truly free, and take his revenge.
I bet it was sweet."It has often been said that power corrupts. But it is perhaps equally important to realize that weakness, too, corrupts. Power corrupts the few, while weakness corrupts the many. Hatred, malice, rudeness, intolerance, and suspicion are the faults of weakness." - Eric Hoffer
