Marvin "Killdozer" Heemeyer - Badass of the Month November 2008

On Armored Core: For Answer there is an AC called Killdozer. Though he's pretty easy to beat, this probably shows that killdozer is getting a bit more popular.

I bet it was a Subway flat bread that set this man off. I got one of those the other day and it looked nothing like the picture. I was so disappointed I wanted to build a killdozer too but I had none of the materials on hand.

I remember seeing this on the news. It was awesome then and it's even better now that Ive read the story. I fully support what this man did, all things being accurate. And as for BACKFISTMONKEY's Bass-Ackward notion of terrorism, he is totally wrong.

Again, all things being accurate, this was a one man Revolution. Heemeyer held certain truths to be self evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed with certain inalienable rights; that among these rights are life, liberty, and property.

When the city council rezoned the surrounding property in favor of the concrete business, it did so knowing full well the conflict of interest involved. Thus denying him means to support his LIFE.

When The city council imposed the requirement to connect to the sewage line, even though he had a working septic system, then imposed unreasonable fines on him for not complying they denied him his LIBERTY. Perhaps he could have born the cost of the connection had they not destroyed his livelihood, but what makes it an unreasonable fine is that Heemeyer did not need the the sewage line and also was made impotent to assume responsibility for the sewage line by the very body imposing the code. If that is not Tyranny, I don't know what is.

Between the pollution, loss of customers, erroneous codes, unreasonable fines and an obviously corrupt and vengeful city council, Heemeyer was denied his right to PROPERTY. Denied the Fruits of his OWN labor.

To call him a Terrorist is more than unjust and unfair. He is a man who when the chips were down had the NUTS to do what was right. The City council did purposefully try to destroy Heemeyer financially, and they succeeded. All Heemeyer did was hit the City's Pockets right back.

And RIVINGTON, Your right. This man would have been in line to fight the Red Coates, in fact, He'd be the first volunteer.
