The difference between this show and Mythbusters is that Adam Savage and Jamie Hyneman have no agenda with regard to their experiments (other than to eventually blow **** up, but they do that regardless of whether the myth is proven or not).
As I recall, the episode of Fight Science that featured these brothers showed one of them winding up for like 2 minutes on a stack of bricks, smashing them, and then going "now if that was a guy, they'd be dead." I could very easily see this becoming quickly unscientific and agenda driven. Just what I suspect, but I guess we'll see.

They should try to destroy a solid build house, made of bricks and DIN fire secure doors, that would be hilarious, seeing how they try to destroy anything but totally fail.
Sometimes you lose and sometimes the other guy wins.
At this point I don't owe anybody an explenation.

I caught the first episode, and I got to say it was actually pretty cool.
The theme of this first one was on destroying a car, and they did a damn fine job at it. They had a nurse on hand to tend to minor injuries, and some consultants to explain the mechanics behind the destruction (weak points, point of impact power, etc.) The guys started with the interior, and slowly worked from there, cumulating in one of them diving off of a forklift and onto the top of the vehicle, denting it downward.
Say what you want about breaking, but watching dudes jumping side-kick seats out of cars and diving through rear windows without protective gear is pretty badass.

I looked at the site and there's a portion called "best breaks" and one of the guys runs and breaks 20 some bricks with his shoulder.... All I have to say is, that'd hurt... I'm surprised he didn't break his collarbone!
