    My 465lb squat vid

    On my way towards 500lbs before the New Year, as per my resolution. Think my depth is powerlifting legal, but will be trying to lower it 1" by some low box squatting DE work. If you see any glarring issues in form, let me know.

    This is a 45lb PR over my last single, and looked a lot prettier

    Man, nice work! If I'm ever trapped under a car, I hope you will be driving by. Great form too. Huge difference from the first video. You can tell your working your ass off. Can't wait to see the 500lbs.

    thats a heavy lift! It looked to me like your butt was coming up too fast (getting ahead of everything else) which put too much strain on your lower back.

    Whats the math on those plates? I was trying to work out 410, but I guess the vid was too grainy for me to see it well enough.
