Kentucky - the 'Let's get Physical' one never gets old.
When I first started lifting free weights last year I was trying to get a 20kg loaded barbell over my head. I had forgotten to put the bulldog clip (or whatever you call it) on one side. The weights thudded done on one side and I lost control and break fell on my left side. Fortunately as I was training alone in the lower room the guys in the gym only saw my top half and by the time they had come running (and laughing) to help I had picked myself up off the ground.
Oh and another time I was doing some plyometrics, had set up a course of hurdles (Reebok step aerobic sets with 6 steps on each side). I'd been over working, 2 hours and idiot that I was, just as the hot personal trainer was watching I missed a jump and had to get myself out of the wreck of plastic.
Not to mention the time I was blocking a kick to the face and knocked myself out.
I am a coordinated person though. The above also doesn't stop me from laughing at other gym fools. -
