    Sorry. Will try harder next time, maybe load up the squat rack, then walk around it a while slapping my head to psyche myself up, then leave. Instead od doing a manageable weight for 6 sets of 8 ass to heels like i normally do. (And I cant squat heavy due to a weird pelvic misalignment thing)

    Have you seen your physician about this. What do they think about you doing squats? It could turn very serious one of these days.

    Leg press FTW! I love leg presses! I can do 10 reps of about 700 lbs. Does that make me "that gym guy"?

    Luckily i dont think theres many of these ppl at my gym, and frankly i dont care if ppl want to show off, its not my problem. I go to the gym to do my own thing. Which isnt showing off.

    Have seen physio/chiropractors. Basically my left leg is about 1/2 inch shorter then my right leg, which seems to have caused a misalignment of my sacroiliac joints, which in turn has caused a slight sidewards curve to my spine. Makes my back sore if I run a lot, so I try to avoid as much as practicable. Try not to force too much downward pressure on my spine, hence taking it easy on squats, though I do wear a heel raise to help correct it.

    To top it off, I have been told I am hypermobile in my spine, and if I have too much Chiropractic work I will have more problems!! Grrrr

    Hasn't stopped me doing anything though.
