Speaking of bands, I saw a physiotherapist today, and we talked about grip work a bit.
-He agreed about the unwieldiness of reverse wrist curls, and said that reverse wrist roller should do the same thing much better
-He scored me some exercise bands for me to try using for extensor work - hopefully they won't slip off like the rubber bands often do -

I gave the 3 a serious go for a while, but I ultimately realized that to get to close the 3, I'd need to put my primary goals on hold to get there, and really, though grip work is fun, I'd rather bring up my powerlifting total.

I know this is a belated contribution but...
I used to have a grip like a little girl and needed straps to deadlift anything over 100kg.
I received a Captain of Crush gripper two years ago (thank you Santa).
I trained with said item.
I no longer have a grip like a little girl.
Just my experience.
