Mind you, we Normans only took part of France--surrendered without much of a fight--while England fell to us in its entirety...and they actually tried to defend it.

actually, my stupid-farghing-FrancoCanadianne ami: "Pennsylvania Dutch" arose from a misunderstanding typical of the dumbfucks inhabiting Pennsylvania (cab you tell my in-laws are from PA?): when asked where they were from, the hard-working, plain clothed Shakers replied, "Deutche". As in "Deutcheland".
As for Funnel Cake, its like crack for dudes on a Paleolithic Diet, Got ein Himmel!!
Well, at least there isn't any threat of Lebellian spunk in my lineage! -
