    Painfull Poops!

    I dont know how else to say this but that past three days I have been passing stools the likes of witch have not been seen since the Jurrassic period. 3 days in a row now I have dumped just one huge massive turd and two times it was very painfull. Yesterday it actualy took some time and teeth gritting to get this behomoth out.

    There have been some big changes to my diet. As I get prepared to start at a new gym I have cut all achohal from my diet. I have also been having two protien shakes a day, 56grams in the morning and 56grams at lunch with a light dinner of veggies and chicken. I weigh 227 and am 6'1 so I dont think its the ammount of protien Im taking but damn! I have never needed to take a laxative before and I would hate to start now.

    I have been running two miles a day at lunch and been doing weights at home. Im not sure what other criteria may be needed to help with my fecal problem.

    ^^^ Also, I usually have these kinds of problems when I'm dehydrated. Are you drinking enough water?

    You know what. Im not. Infact last night I woke up screaming at about 2 am from a muscle cramp in my calf. Thats caused by dehydration as well isnt it?

    I'm no nutritionist, but I'll betcha it's the protein shakes. Even one of those protein bars binds me right up, and once on the high-protein "South Beach" diet, my log got so dense it tore my asshole.

    I had to have it sewn up, fully conscious lying face-down on the table while the doctor and hot nurse shared flirty lulz. And if you think that was humiliating, try wiping your ass with stiches in.

    Yeah, protein I reckon.

    Drink lots of water and go to the store tonight and buy yourself some Fiberone cereal. It's +50% of your daily value of fiber in one serving.

    And when I first started drinking protein shakes I remember having really weird poops. Not fun. It was weird.

    My digestive system always gave me hell after ingesting protein shakes. Not to mention i had lots of methane gas * good ol farts *

    Yah I bought some good ol kashi all natuaral cereal. Looks like grape nuts. Ill eat a bowl of that with dinner I guess. Bannanas help? Potassium good for the ol shitter? I had no idea
