I got hold of the video for workout #1. It's played out in real time (just over an hour) with John Hackleman and five randoms (including a couple of ladies) doing all the exercises. Quite amusing to see their fresh happy faces deteriorate into a look of haunted despair as the vid progresses...

I would probably do this routine for getting ready for a fight. It isn't balanced enough for a general routine (a lot of chest, no back) but it makes sense if you are getting ready for a fight and need to develop muscular endurance in those particular body parts as well as anaerobic endurance.

if youre looking for some mma workouts heres a couple of the best ones ive found free online (and they are a bitch)
id recommend getteing used to the second link before doing the first (so you can make it through first without dying.
