Omega Puts on a Great Seminar

Yesterday was our Throwing and Leg lock seminar with Sifu Michael L. Mac Donald.

It was a really well run, enjoyable seminar. His teaching style is very relaxed and he conveys what he is teaching very well.

He covered the basic concepts of throwing, including some drills to help develop specific throwing skills. He then covered some of the throws he really likes and pulls off often including some counter throws. He finished the seminar with a basic ankle lock with a couple of variations.

Very nice. I've always wanted to suplex someone out of a headlock. I'll be trying this one out at practice tomorrow night.

Yojimbo, in the mean time you should come in a train sometime at my gym.

We have a MMA class on the weekends and are always looking for some good guys to train with.

Shows a lot of integrity. That's why I didn't review my own school. So when can I come up and do a seminar?????? I want to see the new school.

You are welcome anytime, however my school isn't exactly new. I've been running things for two years, pretty much the same way the previous owner ran them for almost 20 years before.

I'm finally ready to make the school my own in training, spirit, and image. The "new" school will be hopefully up and running in about six months.

Before then or not, you name a time when you are available and I will fly you up to conduct a seminar for both my TMA and MMA students. I'd also like you to watch some of our classes and give your honest review of the school for the site.

While Omega can post whatever the **** he wants in DHS, the rest of you do not have that luxury.

Punisher, I encourage you to pursue a seminar with Omega on this thread, but please stay on topic.
