Bjj is portrayed positive and is pretty much one of the main themes of Tokyo Zombie. The movie is cool but the (one volume) manga is weird as hell. Although If I remember correctly the author actually trains Bjj so maybe thats why.

I don't care that this is a necroed thread because I love Meguru so much. My favorites:
-Maria suddenly going from complete sadist (what is it about girls named Maria in manga?) to an oneesan type from a yuri manga when another girl shows up.
-Meguru flooring Maki with a body shot, then someone enters with the brackets for the next tourney and we just see Meguru in the background comically stumbling around the ring, running away from her

I don't know if anyone brought it up yet but
Is a fairly legit manga focused on the rivalries and progress of a girl who takes up MMA for the purpose of competition and wrecking faces.
