Hey, just don't make an ass out of yourself.
Does anyone else agree that one-steps are a fair waste o time though. The resident blackbelt/instructors helper when demonstrating how to punch punched 3/4 of a meter to the left of the instructors face. I got told of for not lunging forward when i punched.
also I epic failed at all of the kicks. I still haven't been taught how to do the kick technically properly.
Ok here's my advice, whenever the instructor's tell you to do one-step sparring, pretend to injure yourself or come up with a medical reason why you can't participate (shin splints, stress fracture, gonohrrea etc.) and ask them if you can just practice by yourself. Use this time for conditioning exercises. Or you could study. :jerkit2yf
I seem to recall my old TSD coach say that TKD sparring should look like fencing with the legs.
Only with the saber.

Then lurk more in that forum and the other forums in general.
Am I the only person who thinks a French guy is unfit to teach German? (Not only due to the "shared" history)
I have seen/heard a case like this. A girl I met said she speaks German... her knowledge of words was good but she sounded like a Frenchy trying to speak German but she didn't speak one word French.
PS: Take the TKD and when ever you are supposed to do Pointsparring hit full force and keep going, pretend you are retarded or didn't know. (I have that advice from Lebell, so try at your own risk)
I take it you are not a fan of Dietrich von Choltitz's work f4n4n.
sang, i dont have any time to lurk, only time to post self indulgent pieces of cluttered thought that make me feel better about the fact then when I do a side kick I look like im executing a dance move that died along with disco.
Pontoon, your immaturity is astounding.
Bopinator, get out of the TKD class.
Seconded. Just cut this **** out, and then you won't have to whine about it anymore.
