    Added to the fact that it's in one of those countries that are like China, but are not actually China.

    No one lives there.

    The way I see it:

    Japan- Revenge

    China- Old ass stories, bullshiting.

    Korea- bipolar

    If you'd read further you'd see that they have multiple locations you fucktard.

    Now that my headaches gone i'll be less of an arsehole :). Go to the less expensive school for the first 6 months to learn your basics (make sure their intermediate class spars every session). After you have the basics down take a private lesson or two a week from that awesome thai fighter while continueing your other classes.

    This way you get the most for your money from the Thai (basics don't really need his knowledge) and something highly important you don't get from 1 on 1 sessions, variance in sparring partners.

    Might be costly but i'm envious, for 20 bucks a lesson with someone of that skill level i'd definately be taking two a week. Best of luck with your training.

    I'm planning on starting off with some 1:1 classes twice per week with the Thai to pick up the basics since it works out cheaper than the group classes. From there I'm going to mix it up between 1:1 sessions and regular group classes to get the sparring in. I think it's better to start off 1:1 as to refine my technique and not pick up any bad habits in the process.
