You are in California and will be sued for discrimination and forced to attend sensitivity courses.

SillyOrange, unless we can see how it is you are kicking (or trying to kick), we can not give you any good advice other than "timing" and "foot work" or "turn your hip" or "point with your knee and pivot your standing foot." This really is the sort of thing that you need to have your instructor help you with. If he can't help you with it, then he sucks and you need to find a better school.

Can somebody code a bot that gives that as a reply to everybody who does not post a video when he asks for correction of his technique? How the hell are people supposed to help someone with that over the internet?
Sometimes you lose and sometimes the other guy wins.

At this point I don't owe anybody an explenation.

    Schools I trained at:
Lotus Club Cetepe Liberdade Sao Paulo
    Renzo Gracie NYC

i was gonna say that but then omega posted so i figured i'd just run with it. if he posted it in any other forum my answer would have been: "ask your instructor."

Many thanks for all your input!

I cant really ask my instructor and of coz i cant change instructors too as in my country, the tkd community is very small and political..

Will try to remember your tips and train myself.

Btw, I just pulled my thigh muscle and right knee.. and this feeling just sucks!

Why am i so prone to injuries???? I really hate myself for this!!

Silly.Orange: why not post a proper info thread telling us where you are and what form of TKD you're training in, there are bullies from all over, I'm sure someone could help you find a better place to train, or at the very least a starting point. Also, please give us a rough idea of your motivations for doing martial arts, and what you want out of your training. The more info you give us, the more likely it is that we can help.
