Good guard submission flow drill.

It describes the transitions between guard submissions, and how to use them in combination. I had to demonstrate and explain all my stuff for my brown belt test, this being one of them.

I just went through this at my BJJ class...I'm a n00b so I can't be an ass and correct your technique.

I'd also comment your long hair but I've got nothing. I read a lot up on stuff so I dont want to be an asshole, bigoted or otherwise.

There were no flying armbars in that video, hence you FAIL.
Otherwise, good drill. I need to practice that rolling counter to the rolling Omo escape.

Heh, you could edit a flying armbar video of mine, then cut directly to me having him in an armbar. >_> Same flow drill, but more flying. Or, I could have just cut to the point and done a flying omoplata....

Heh, thanks for the feedback. And, trust me, the rolling thing is easy. They roll, you roll in the same direction. A child could do it... In fact, there I did!

Ha! For a brownbelt this whole drill should have been done in the air. Flying armbar, to flying triangle, to flying omoplata.

Yeah, For some reason it never ocurred to me to roll with them when they rolled out of my Omo.
The first part of that drill is one of my absolutely favorites.

Oh, and congrats on the Brown Belt, I had no idea you were a purple belt already. Hopefully I'll see you at NAGA in March, cause I want to roll with you.
