    who made Heretic and Hexen? those were pretty good...something tells me it was Raven, but i remember seeing an id logo on the loading screen

    For those interested, there was a DOOM series written as novels. They're actually pretty good, for space opera.

    Anyway, they were written by Daffydd ab Hugh and Brad Linaweaver.
