Please try to make the effort to rise above the mentality of your name. First thing, learn how to spell Capoeira so we can at least pretend we are having a half way intelligent exchange.

Can you understand this hostility towards the smoothie? Maybe a deep seated hatred of natural foods and good taste? Maybe SFGoon's just doesn't know good things.

Seriously though, if you really think about it all unarmed martial arts are pretty useless right now. Especially boxing. If you train boxing you can't do anything about people with gunz and you can't punch up when someone is sitting on you.
