First, speak about it with your instructor, I haven't seen your feet and I don't wanna see your feet ( do NOT post pictures of your feet ! ).
I imagen that it has got more to do with your technique than with the condition of your feet.
Don't put your complete foot on the ground, only the ball of the foot and the toes touch the ground, the heel doesn't touch the ground. That will improve your kicks.

That's normal, most kickcombos stop afther two techniques, esspecially when you use the same kick.

There are few more than two combos, but the trick is to keep the time between combos short, if you look closely to more experienced TKDers you will see that a serie of 5 or 6 kicks is a combination of two or three twokickcombos with very short "downtimes" in between.
In jumped combo's the first kick is the set-up kick, the second is the finisher.
example: side-stand with dominate leg behind: overstep to gain momentum, jump, frontkick with non-dominate leg to close the gap (set-up), then an axe-kick with the dominate leg (finisher).
