    man,im bummed, grappling dummy shot!

the cable snapped on the left arm on my grappel man dummy. I got it from dummiesunlimited.com, Ive had it for 3 years or so, I called the company and left a message, Ill keep you posted to how well they stand by thier product.

Its supposed to stand up to 1,000 pounds, looks like the cable just disinigrated :(, Ill I do is regular throws every once and awhile with it, and some ground movement.

it wasnt cheap, over a grand !

Man that sux. Which dummy do you have? You ever look at getting a submission master dummy? I want one of those but am waiting for them to drop the prices. I have a grappling dummy that I got from Combat Sports. One of the arms ripped after about a month. Now it is being held together with duct tape. And you can't do chokes with it. It's still good for doing some drills and getting a little workout in. It was only like 200 bucks.

Do you think you could post a pic of the dummy showing the damage?

The street argument is retarded. BJJ is so much overkill for the street that its ridiculous. Unless you're the idiot that picks a fight with the high school wrestling team, barring knife or gun play, the opponent shouldn't make it past double leg + ground and pound - Osiris
