Yup. The 420lb vid is my garage back in Vandenberg, and the 465 is my basement in Minot.

Nice. So that gives you a lot of ammo against the people who say they don't have time to get to the gym. Do you have someone coming over to spot you?

Nah, no spotters, aside from my wife. I got the pins in the rack, so if I screw up, it'll catch.

Its making a lot more sense to me now ...

When I first clicked into the thread it showed "no longer available" on the first clip. It seems to work now though.

The lift in that one (465) actually looks better than the lighter lift I commented on earlier. The bar looked tilted a bit for what its worth, but good job. Good luck with 500 by december.

Yeah, I think that's just a camera angle thing. All my lifts turn out that way, haha.

    Thanks though.

Whats the math on those plates? I was trying to work out 410, but I guess the vid was too grainy for me to see it well enough.
Its a low bar squat. You are meant to use the posterior chain. I thought the form was pretty flawless in his latest sets.

    You look damn strong emevas.

yeah, that 465 looks very easy and very clean.

    good work!

as for that bar tilt thing, it doesn't look like the
angle, it does look like the bar tilts down on the
left. I think it's genetic, though, and not an error
that needs to be 'fixed.' Just the way your arms
    and shoulders are attached.

good luck on the road to 500!

Your form looked pretty good to me. Good job! How is your lower back handling all this weight?

It has no problem, as long as my form is good. Once I start to good morning the weight, I feel a slight twinge.

It could be a genetic thing as well. I've dislocated my right shoulder 4 times, and it doesn't sit quite right.

    Thanks for the compliments folks.

Yeah, I think the bar was set slightly differently between left and right sides. Did your hips/knees/back feel square?

Whatever you're doing is obviously working. Keep it up.
