One thing i would check for is trigger points in the neck and traps. I get splitting headaches sometimes when i have knots in some of those places after deadlifting. The best way to get rid of them is to have a friend grind them with a knuckle or elbow.

Holding your breath during a lift is a good way to give yourself an aneurysm.

I wasn't holding it in completely, just towards the top of the rep I'd, for some reason, purse my lips and blow it out slower... weird I know. No idea where that came from either... maybe 7th grade band practice or something random.
Anyway, Cullion... my diet's locked down fucking tight these days. That burrito is my cheat meal, once a week, and I eat split it in half and eat it 3 hours apart. I've only had two.
I'll have to post before/after pics in a few months. I was 190 when I started, I'm 183 now measured first thing in the morning.
