My training log is posted in the forums, but as of this point I'm running 3 week cycles on my DE bench (3 weeks DE with chains, 3 weeks RE straight weight, 3 weeks DE with bands, 3 weeks RE straight weight, etc), and really, I won't have much else figured out until I hit some heavy singles on the competition lifts to see where I'm struggling and what I need to bring up. I'll be testing my squat tonight, so I'll see from there.

Having only used them outside of a workout, visiting a gym and seen one, lifted it to see what its like, I think that they are the front squats of deadlifting. Hope that makes sense.
I agree that it takes off a bunch of pressure on the back/spine. So if your injured or your back is getting overworked, its a nice break. Seeing as how westside doesnt even deadlift that much (focus on the squat and good morning and the like) I think it would be a great ME lift.
I havent thought about farmers walks in it, that sounds cool.
