    Finishing exercises

    I have been reading about exercises science alot recently and keep reading about finishing excercises but i havn't really gotten a good idea on what they are. so what are they? what is their purpose? and are they worth doing?

    I don't know, I've never heard that term before. Maybe it referring to low impact exercises or something...I'll be interested to find out what it is.
