I've never heard of it, which isn't shocking if it's a small sub-set of a more broad FMA system.
From what you describe, it does go along with the FMA empty-hand that I've learned. Dirty boxing with elbows for the topside, quick retracted low-line kicks and stomps for the lower side. (Less chance of getting stabbed in the leg by a knife when you retract). With that being said, my kicks are about 20% Sikaran, 80% Muay Thai. The low-line stomps are fine, as are the footsweeps, and short knees. But I'm just not a big fan of snapping kicks. If I were to kick someone, I'd rather commit and knock the tar out of them. -
