    Hell yeah! Hell no!

    training with fysioball, experiences please.

    People,

After several weeks of backinjury im advised to do excersises with a so called fysioball.
    Basically a big skippyball.

You can even practise your average bjj positions and transitions with it ive been told.
I'm probably going to try it, unless someone has an experience and wants to warn me for this.

I hope someone can give me some advice, if not, after sometime ill buy the friggin thing and start practsing with it and post my experiences here.

Yep, I know it's not about the topic so I'll get my ass kicked.

i call it a balance ball, but i started working with it about 4 months ago, and i can honestly say, after about a month, i noticed the jump it gave me in my game.

my balance is better, i can control my hips better, my sesitivity and my understanding of where all my limbs are at any given time is significantly better.

i honestly believe everyone should be using it.
