Thanks dude. Yeah, I looked over the raw footage with the pause feature, and it looked like I hit 13 of my 15 squats at the depth I intended. My hamstrings get real tight when I don't regularly perform low box squats, so once I re-introduce them into my program, I should be good to go.

I think lumbar rounding, or at least butt wink is standard in many lifters squats, tbh. I think you can see a small one in Marks' squat video.
Yeah, I remember the hamstring relaxation issue brought up as well. I feel like he talked about the lumbar rounding, but I might be confusing him with another source.
