My squat video: 405+chains for 3x5
YouTube - 405+chains 3x5 squat
I've been training for this weight for the past few months now, and finally hit it. I was a little high on a few of the reps here, but that's more of a tight hamstring issue which I'll be addressing in my next program. Most likely would have passed in most organizations.
I can see a few form issues when the weight got heavy enough. Lower back seems to lose tension in some spots. If you see any other glarring problems, let me know.
Just a point of pride for me, haha."Emevas,

Your vids make me want to lift heavy again.
Stupid injuries. And lo, Kano looked down upon the field and saw the multitudes. Amongst them were the disciples of Uesheba who were greatly vexed at his sayings. And Kano spake: "Do not be concerned with the mote in thy neighbor's eye, when verily thou hast a massive stick in thine ass".

Very nice dude - one of the big problems I see with folks is where they round their lower back out under heavy weights. You really stick the butt out and keep that nice tent in your shirt. Nice work. I really applaud you for that. What is your BW?

I love the german snuff film music.
Very impressive."This is why we are here. Because the Martial Arts for too long have been cloaked in an unnecessary level of secrecy bordering on mysticism, and its in these shadows that the cockroaches love to hide. -Phrost"

Impressive. Even in the days when I did squats I was never in the same zip code with that type of weight. I have to say though that I believe in the long run that type of training takes a huge toll on your body. Be careful. Great video.

wow thats crazy. I squatted 295 the other day but damn I didn't go down that far. So is that how low you should go on a squat?

-Depth looks good throughout
-Lower back deteriorated a bit as fatigue set in, as would be expected, but still looked basically under control
-In the second and third sets, your right side seemed to be going down and coming up a bit further than the left?
-I like your power rack - what brand/model?
-Good soundtrack choice... I get to see 'em live in a month, pretty stoked for that
