You need to add some stuff to make you light on your feet and springy, you cant throw strikes if you cant quickly move your feet into place. I'd add some skipping rope/jogging/cycling/step aerobics/dance dance revolution/pissing off a pitbull/something!
This is excellent advice and is something I have to try and remind myself of. It's way to easy to get lulled into thinking of the bag as a static target and forget to think of angles and defense.
