I think I've actually seen these videos before; can't remember if it was here or somewhere else.

in my opinion it's a good idea to only do the harder styles but it depends what you want to get out of your training.....

Alright that was pretty fucking cool. The only examples of full contact Tai Chi I've seen before were in San Shou matches and I never really gave much credence to the claim that the guy was using Tai Chi but this shows me a new side of it, very nice.
