You left way of the orient because you want more realistic training & full contact sparring?
I call bullshit.

Well from my quick google search I'd look at

so actually it does sound fun to me, but then I kinda like AK offshoots, I mean how do you deal with what that late lamented ol' Hawaiian dude, old Ed, that a certain large Hawaiian (whom will remain nameless because he said not to talk about him on the internet, tho, hint hint, Omega met him at a mega) said about, "He had to leave here, here he was just another idiot." I mean, they really had so little to work with, what was Ed, other than a Morman, a purple or something under Chow?
While keeping in mind that
Ramirez Twin Tigers Tae Kwon
3031 Saviers Rd, Oxnard, CA - (805) 483-1548 got a review that sez "... Great Teacher, Good for everyone great for the whole family. My 4 Year old daughter Loves it, Cant wait for TKD Days. Recommend to anyone who would like to explore something new ...
So if you want your four year old to enjoy Twin Tigers, go for it, man.

When did you attend Way of Orient? What classes did you take? Who was your principle instructor? What issues did you have with the class content & training methods?

I know Sasaki's well. I like Jody a lot but if it's hard sparring you want his place isn't it.
