Throwing up

Hello there everyone. How many of you throw up in the mourning? I've been throwing up yellow, unpleasant tasting liquid (bile?) for three-four days in a row. It lasts for 4-5 minutes, and I recover very quickly afterward. Basically, I just brush my teeth and I feel fine. I'd like to know the cause of it, though. Overtraining? I train something like fifteen hours a week. Yesterday I had a workout with weights back to back with BJJ for a total length of about 2.5 hours. I'm in pretty good shape, so although I felt sore and tired for the rest of the day, I feel excellent now and want to go to two training sessions today - about four hours total. Overeating? I try to eat a lot, because I don't take any of those disgusting protein shakes. My weight fluctuates, but remains rather constant in the long run. I've lost some fat and replaced it with functional muscles. Is my digestive system overloaded? I don't know.

Some help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Could also be sinus. I upchuck frequently from infections caused by the pollution in this area.
