I wish I had sparred more, oh well, till the next throwdown I guess.
I hope some of the really good guys come by next time around.
Ok, you did have a better showing in the next one.
1. Stop reaching to block body shots. Hands up, chin down and elbows are for blocking low.
2. Your kicks are not good. Too much lift, and you're getting a 45 degree angle on them. Less upward swing, make them more horizontal and pivot your plant foot more.
3. Don't try to get up until you're sure your opponent is out of range enough to do so, or you can get up quickly enough to defend yourself.
4. Spinning to face your opponent while grounded is good, spinning endlessly and tiring yourself out is not. Grab him to stop his moving ahead of your spin or try something different, you'll only tire yourself trying to catch him (anyone on their feet is quicker than you on your back).
Yikes kinda wish I went but meh I'm still out of power over here and probably wont have power til later next week. Should probably get working on another one pretty soon. Anything else besides these two vids?
Only one more. It'll be in the video section once the upload finishes. I didn't even get the vid of me vs Daniel :( We ended up rolling for over 2 hours right after the MMA rounds, so I totally forgot about the camera.

Then again Daniel has a damn good game for a chunner, so there is also that.
Might want to work on your takedown defense. He was taking you down at his leisure. On second thought he was doing a lot at his own leisure so... work on everything?
