To repeat everyone else, eat more matey!
I've gone from 69kg to 78.5kg (+21lbs) in the last year doing MT 5 days a week with some weights. The only real difference i made to my plan was that i started drinking 2L of milk a day for my liquids. I think thats about an extra 90 grams of protein and 1k calories, made one hell of a difference. -

I eat a fair bit of fat each day but decent fats (dairy, nuts, animal fat) and avoid processed. Don't worry too much about eating fat, its an excess in calories that make you tubby. Check out the nutritional split in that 5x5 program to give you a percentage, i don't calorie count myself so i couldn't tell you.
The good thing about doing so much cardio already each week is that if you notice your putting on fat you can decrease the food intake slightly and it'll pretty much melt off from your martial arts. -

eating something enjoyable would be nice. however, i will stick with my plain chicken breast, tuna steak, salmon, brown rice, veggies and yogurt. Of all the women on my mother's side of the family - I am the only one with an athletic build. I intend to stay that way until kingdom come. My genes arent the greatest. Thanks alot, baby jeebus!

Well, thanks ADD, but let's put my weight gaining woes on the backburner for now and get back to the point of this thread. Sorry I mixed that in there so it didn't come off as concise as it could have been, I will edit soon.
ADD, when do you do your MA training versus weight training to allow time for recovery?"This is why we are here. Because the Martial Arts for too long have been cloaked in an unnecessary level of secrecy bordering on mysticism, and its in these shadows that the cockroaches love to hide. -Phrost"
