Good Instruction, need more adults for a real challenge but I Like it And will continue for a long time.

Now that we have our own Space, we are growing alot. would like to see more challenging training for progression for my belt.

Awesome school! Self defense, weapons, discipline, form (kata), and full on fights! Great workout; great price; great way of reconnecting with self. Many opportunities for fighting and competition. Several community involvements to help promote karate and its benefits to children.
