Brown rice is good. It's hard to make a whole meal of it though.
I prefer heaping plates of wheat pasta (rotini shaped for easy forkin). I typically eat this 3-5 hours before any practice or match.
I like the gatorade too, especially if you have to cut down the make weight.
You're lucky you get to weigh in the day before. -

Depends on a lot of things. Since it's the day before weigh-ins and you're not cutting you have it much easier since you're not starving.
The night before will be more important. Load up on some carbs after your weigh-in so you'll be set to go in the morning. Eat something you're used to eating.
The day of it will depend when you're fighting. Good breakfast is a must but if you can roll with the supplements you take go with that since that's what your body is used to. Small snacks throughout the day to keep your energy level up, save any significant eating after breakfast for after the competition.
I wouldn't worry about guys cutting a lot in the white division. If they are, they should be fighitng up if they're going to take it that serious. -
